Rental rates of facility includes:

*Bridal suite cottage for day of reception

*Ceremony and Reception location 

*Rustic Chic Barn with cafe lighting, dance floor, built in bar, fireplace, heated and cooled

*Barn accomodates up to 150 seated guests for a plated meal and 200 if combination of seated and standing.   Larger parties may be approved by Southerlyn Farms.
